With all the busy-ness, I haven't had a lot of time to post much more than a picture of the kids. I just want to say a few things about the cute stages that they are in before they grow out of it.
Tenz is 4 and adorable. He is at a place where he understands almost everything and can talk about things. He loves to make up names for things and he pretends now. It took him a while to get there, but he loves to play robot and puppy. He says that he is a wiener dog and that he has a tail, but on the front. HA! He loves to be petted and will play fetch for hours! He always asks if he can play puppy. It is funny.
He is the sweetest brother to Dharma and he always watches out for her and takes such good care of her. He wants her to have a sleepover every day, but we can't let them because he stays up too late and she doesn't get enough sleep and turns into a grump. But he translates for her and tells us what she wants. Sometimes I am not sure if he is talking for her or himself, but it is adorable.
He has begun to pee in the toilet for quarters. He loves to go to Wal-Mart and play the big Plants Vx. Zombies game and so he does jobs around the house and pees to earn quarters. He still asks for his diaper when he has to poop, but it is cute. I hope to be able to potty train him all the way before we go back to school.
We have enrolled him in Waterford's UpStart online preschool and I am really excited to see what he will do with that. He has been learning and bringing up knew things all of the time and it crazy to see how much and how quickly he learns things.
His new favorite color is pink and he wants everything pink. Mostly I think he just wants to take everything that I have and since most of that is pink, he's a smart boy. He loves to dance and listen to pop music. He loves Shut Up and Dance with Me and All About the Bass and Shake It Off. He also loves to watch Spongebob SquarePants and says "Oh Tarter Sauce" as his new catch phrase. He cracks me up.
I am a first time mom in my mid-thirties. This is to share pictures and daily info about our precious little newborn son, Tenzin.
